My answer was right and the game said no

Then it probably was, and we would like to know. Tap the answer on the round summary to dispute it. If you turn out to be right the points are given back and the app tells you — and the player is added, so nobody loses that round again.

The squad data comes from Wikidata, and a footballer whose spell at a club was short or badly recorded can be missing from it. That is our problem to fix, not yours to work around.

I got a new phone

There is no password to remember because there is no account to log in to. Settings shows a recovery code; type it into the new phone on the welcome screen and everything moves across. The code is spent on use and replaced with a new one.

Take the code before you lose the phone. Without it there is nothing we can do — that is the price of not asking for your email.

Someone's name is offensive

Write to the address above with the name and roughly when you saw it. Names that break the rules are removed, and an account that keeps choosing them stops being matched with anyone.

I want my data deleted

Settings → Delete account. It removes your player row, ratings, match and answer history, daily results, friends and recovery code from the server, and clears what the app kept on the phone. It cannot be undone. The privacy policy says what survives and why.

Can I turn the ads off?

Invite a friend. Once they play, you get an ad-free spell — a week per friend. There is no paid option yet.

Cevabım doğruydu ama oyun kabul etmedi

Muhtemelen haklısınız ve bunu bilmek istiyoruz. Raunt özetinde cevaba dokunup itiraz edin. Haklı çıkarsanız puan geri verilir, uygulama size haber verir ve futbolcu eklenir — kimse o raundu bir daha kaybetmez.

Kadro verisi Wikidata'dan geliyor; bir kulüpte kısa süre kalmış ya da kaydı eksik tutulmuş bir futbolcu orada olmayabiliyor. Bu bizim düzeltmemiz gereken bir eksik, sizin etrafından dolaşmanız gereken değil.

Telefonumu değiştirdim

Hatırlanacak bir parola yok, çünkü giriş yapılacak bir hesap yok. Ayarlar'da bir kurtarma kodu var; yeni telefonda karşılama ekranına yazın, her şey taşınır. Kod kullanılınca harcanır ve yenisiyle değiştirilir.

Kodu telefonu kaybetmeden önce alın. Kod olmadan yapabileceğimiz bir şey yok — e-postanızı istememenin bedeli bu.

Birinin adı hakaret içeriyor

Yukarıdaki adrese adı ve yaklaşık ne zaman gördüğünüzü yazın. Kuralları çiğneyen adlar kaldırılır, ısrar eden hesap kimseyle eşleştirilmez.

Verimin silinmesini istiyorum

Ayarlar → Hesabı sil. Oyuncu kaydınızı, puanlarınızı, maç ve cevap geçmişinizi, günlük sonuçlarınızı, arkadaşlarınızı ve kurtarma kodunuzu sunucudan kaldırır, uygulamanın telefonda tuttuklarını temizler. Geri alınamaz. Neyin kaldığını ve niçin kaldığını gizlilik politikası anlatıyor.

Reklamları kapatabilir miyim?

Bir arkadaşınızı davet edin. O oynamaya başlayınca siz bir süre reklamsız oynarsınız — arkadaş başına bir hafta. Şimdilik ücretli bir seçenek yok.
